My name is David Raue, the founder of Raue Football Group. I am 38 years old and I have always been passionate about football. With an intuitive ability to assess a player’s strengths and areas for growth, I focus on developing young talents with an athlete’s mindset, preparing them to compete in the most demanding markets.
With over 15 years of experience in high-level corporate positions and a master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, I bring a strategic and business-oriented approach to player representation. After four years operating as VM for CONMEBOL, I felt it was the right time to fulfill my passion for football and combine it with my natural ability to provide guidance. I have always emphasized the importance of professional development, so I chose to prepare at UEFA’s first agent program to gain valuable skills. Ultimately, in 2023, I earned my FIFA agent license under the new regulations.
I have deep knowledge of the Ecuadorian & South American market and work closely with each player, ensuring that every aspect of their environment positions them to thrive. From mental resilience to physical preparation and building the right entourage, I help lay the foundation for sustained success.

My name is Kanishka Sina, I am 36 years old and based in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a FIFA-licensed agent with a strong corporate background and nearly 20 years of football experience, I bring a deep understanding of the game. Over the past decade, I have been actively involved in the football industry, focusing on talent development, coaching, and serving as a board member in various football associations.

For the past six years, I have worked closely with high-performance athletes across multiple industries, with football being my primary area of expertise. This has given me the expertise to know exactly what to do in any situation to help you excel.

My role extends beyond representation, I connect the dots by providing access to nutritionists, mental coaches, and physical trainers, ensuring a holistic development approach.
